Student must complete the state-approved nurse aide training program.
If you did not complete a state-approved training, you may still register under a different eligibility route as listed in the Candidate Handbook.

Create an account with our online Credentia Platform system to register for testing by clicking the "Sign Up" link on the login page. You will need to submit an application for testing in order to register for exams.
We highly recommend that you read the Registration Quick Reference Guide with detailed instructions on how to register online for your exam BEFORE you begin the registration process.
If you previously had an online Pearson VUE account (PCM or PULSE) to register for examinations and/or manage your nurse aide registration, you'll need to create a new Credentia Platform online account Click here to login and then click the "Sign Up" link on the login page.
When you create a new Credentia Platform account, all of the data from your old Pearson VUE online account will carry over to your new Credentia account.

A live proctor will monitor you through the webcam on your workstation to provide a secure exam experience.
To conduct a search, you will need the name, city, and date of birth OR registration number of the nurse aide.
To be eligible for continued enrollment on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry, you are required to work as a nurse aide at least one documented day (eight consecutive hours) for pay in an approved facility during the previous twenty-four (24) months.

If you are a Nurse Aide in active and good standing on another state’s Nurse Aide (or equivalent) Registry you may submit an application through reciprocity to enroll on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry. Click here to create a NEW Credentia Platform account to submit a reciprocity application. You will use this new account to access your Pennsylvania Registry status information.
